To effectuate your healthplan, your January 1st payment has to be made no later than 12/31/2024.

You can make the payment 3 ways:

1) Calling Customer Service (877)265-9199 option 1

2) Online at www.myuhc.com/exchange

3)Use the mail order payment voucher, however if you need urgent care the system will not show you active until UnitedHealthcare processes payment and credits your account
