After enrolling wait 7-10 business days to allow time for the Marketplace to send your information to the health insurance company.
after insurance company receives your records from the marketplace they will create an account for you.
Call the insurance company to ask them if you are active in the system and make the first payment to activate your enrollment.
I recommend you do the automatic draft from your account. this will avoid lapse in health coverage.
for any other issues (non health care related) you need to send me a text message (example: you need to increase your income or a depedendt has gotten married. )
